This place is beyond trash... I'm a truck driver and arrived at midnight well I guess it was shift change, after standing in line for 5-10 min waiting patiently without being acknowledged I finally asked 1 of the 3 people who was behing the counter if there was some reason I was not being helped. I am assuming the man was the manger short A.A man with a beard, told me it was indeed shift change. So I decided to go outside to pay for my fuel only, only to get to pump and be greeted by a sign that said pump reserved. I tried to pay and it did not accept payment. I go back in and ask if shit change meant none of the pumps would work... the man than gave me so much attitude stating it was shift change and he already said that. As I asked what that had to do with paying at the pump, he explained that someone got of at 12 and the other girl was not due until 1. Also stating that he is tired of having to tell all the people this, when I was the only 1 in store and the 2 people behind me from earlier had just walked out, he stated I was the 4th person he had to deal with. Personally I feel as though this is not how management should handle customer even in a crisis. Seems like someo

Good location, decent parking lot. I tried both Popeyes and Burger King inside and both restaurant staff and service are very good and friendly. Just there was 1 crew member at the station store who seemed to be having mental issues! She was a young African American lady who had a long line of customers waiting for her to pay for their stuff, she wasn't just slow but also very rude and aggressive! I just grabbed a fountain drink and i had a voucher for that, the drink was all I got from the store, I approached to hand her the voucher and leave saying just "ma'am i just got this voucher" that's all but she yelled that I have to show my ID for that and I have to wait in line! God she could have just said that politely without yelling! I just put the drink down, left the voucher for her and said "thank you" and left.

Good amyof truck parking, half the parking lot is at an angle. 1/3 of it is paid Parking. Bags of poo all over . Inside is somewhat clean. Employs look miserable as usual. Typical TA bathroom. Horrible to say the least. Didn't bother taking a shower here. Don't trust it

I recently stopped by the TA Travel Center and overall had a good experience. The facility was clean and easy to navigate, and I was able to get in and out without much hassle. They had a solid selection of snacks and travel essentials, which is always appreciated when youβre on the road. The staff I encountered were polite and professional. The only reason Iβm giving four stars instead of five is that thereβs a little room for improvement with speed of service during busy times. Overall, this is a reliable stop for fuel, food, and a quick break while traveling. I would definitely stop here again.

Clean bathrooms and helpful service, but the extras are what make this place. Aside from Popeyes, Burger King, and beer, they have a tattoo shop and a punching machine to let out some aggression. perfect spot to reset before getting back on the road.
